All patients are required to schedule an appointment prior to their test. While this limits our capacity, it allows us to maintain a safe, sanitized, and guideline-abiding facility in which you can feel comfortable.
We do not offer rapid testing, as we recognize the high level of error arising from expedited testing. All patients will have to wait 3-4 days to receive their results, with much higher accuracy rates.
Your insurance provider will be billed directly, and those who qualify will not be charged for the testing. We firmly believe money should not be a barrier that prevents peace of mind during this pandemic.
For the sake of you, our staff, and other customers, a mask must be worn at all times when in the waiting room, restrooms, or other common areas. Customers that refuse to properly cover their mouth and nose will be asked to leave.
Prior to entering the office, we ask that you wash and sanitize your hands, especially if you suspect that you have been exposed to COVID-19.
We’ll be asking you about the symptoms you’ve experienced, and for how long you’ve been experiencing the symptoms, and your quarantining habits. Please be aware of your situation so that we can expedite the testing process and limit your time in the office.
For medical emergencies, both major and minor, that cannot wait but don’t merit a pricy trip to the emergency room. Our urgent services include lacerations, fractures, sprains, colds, infections, and more.
Our Licensed Medical Examiners perform D.O.T Physicals, required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). We also manage Workman’s Compensation stemming from job-related duties.
Using non-invasive techniques, expert radiologists can identify and diagnose fractures & breaks in-house using X-Ray and Ultrasound technology.
